S P Jain aerobics & Wellness Training Centre, brings you safe and internationally popular fitness programmes. We are dedicated to making exercise fun, interesting, rewarding, effective and mostly injury free.
The centre has programmes which suit all ages, all goals and are effective for males and females alike. You can choose from encompassing modalities of fitness like Step Reebok, Hi Lo, Cuts, Cardio Kick Boxing, Circuit Training, Pilates and host of other programmes approved by the centre. We believe fitness isn't about burning calories alone, it's about condtioning your mind and body at the same time.
