Aerobics

The Aerobic Centre at Priyadarshini Park and Sports Complex is affiliated with Reebok, developing quality, researched, state of the art fitness programmes.

S P Jain aerobics & Wellness Training Centre, brings you safe and internationally popular fitness programmes. We are dedicated to making exercise fun, interesting, rewarding, effective and mostly injury free.

The centre has programmes which suit all ages, all goals and are effective for males and females alike. You can choose from encompassing modalities of fitness like Step Reebok, Hi Lo, Cuts, Cardio Kick Boxing, Circuit Training, Pilates and host of other programmes approved by the centre. We believe fitness isn't about burning calories alone, it's about condtioning your mind and body at the same time.

The Schedule of Aerobics classes at PDP is as follows:
Monday-Wednesday-Friday
10am to 11am Cross Training-Vinata Shetty
6.15 pm to 7.15pm Cross Training- Vishwanath Prabhu

Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday
10.15am to 11.15am Body Toning-Vishakha Kapoor

Ms Vinata Shetty (Cross Training) - M W F - 10 to 11 am

Vinata Shetty is the Programme Director of the S P Jain fitness studio at Priyadarshini Park, where she trains and conducts classes.

Vinata Shetty is a certified trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine the National Academy of Sports Medicine (U.S.A.) and as Reebok University Master Trainer; she has trained and certified over 400 instructors to date.

Vinata is a regular presenter, along with leading international Master Trainers at fitness conventions. She has held innumerable seminars on fitness for leading corporate companies and has conducted several workshops throughout India to update and educate fitness trainers on the various aspects and modalities of fitness.

Her articles on fitness have appeared in several leading newspapers and publications of India and she is the fitness advisor to the Health and Nutrition magazine.

Mr Vishwanath Prabhu (Cross Training) - M W F - 6.15 to 7.15 pm

Mr Vishwanath Prabhu takes Cardio Cross Training from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Ms Vishaka Kapoor (Toning) - T Th S - 10:15 to 11:15 am

Ms Vishaka takes Cardio Cross Training from 10:15 am to 11:15 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
