Common Rules & Regulations to be followed for Use of
Lawn and Hall
The user shall pay in advance the prescribed charges and the refundable deposit for using the facility.
The user shall obtain in advance the requisite permissions from the police and any other authority, as may be necessary.
The user shall ensure that none of the parts of the property within the park / sports complex premises are damaged. In case of damages, the user shall make good the loss in full in monetary terms (the refundable deposit will be first utilised by the PDP authorities towards this without any prior permission of the user)
Agreement to these rules and regulations is assumed for use of any of the facilities.
Ground and Sports Complex
Each and every member of the Sports Complex including fitness centres must have his/her Identity Card
The member must produce and show his/her ID CARD whenever demanded.
Members not having an Identity Card will not be allowed to enter the sports complex and fitness centre.
In the event of loss of ID CARD, the member must intimate the clerk / Supervisor / Dy General Manager / General Manager immediately and obtain a duplicate card from the office.
All the members of the sports complex and fitness centre must leave the centre as soon as he/she finishes the exercise.
The user must ensure that peaceful atmosphere is maintained at all times. Loud speakers / public address systems, if used should be well monitored to ensure that it does not disturb the surroundings. The PDP authorities have the final say in the matters of volume of speakers / public address systems.
The PDP authorities are not responsible for any loss of/damage to the equipments belonging to the user.
No cooking is allowed within the park / sports complex premises.
Pandals / Tents may be erected only with prior written permission of the PDP authorities. For arrangement of pandals, chairs, tables, etc the user shall contact the PDP office. Entire material will have to be hired from the contractor recognised by PDP.
No vehicles will be allowed within the park / sports complex premises.
A whole day's booking time shall be from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm unless otherwise specifically permitted in writing.
Garbage / litter should be put in the dustbins meant for the same. Before leaving the park / sports complex premises, the user should ensure that due cleanliness is restored. If litter is found lying in the premises of PDP same will be removed at the cost of the user. An amount of Rs 500 (Rs Five Hundred only) will be deducted from the refundable deposit for this purpose.
The user should take due care and ensure that none of the participants go into the seawaters. The PDP authorities are not responsible for any loss to Life or property in such an eventuality.
The PDP authorities shall have the final say in all matters at all times and the user shall comply with the same under any circumstance.
Due decorum befittiing to the PDP environment should be maintained at all times.
The management reserves the right to make any changes in these rules.
Agreement to these rules and regulation is assumed for use of any facility.
Rules & Regulations specific to
Athletics
The joggers on the Synthetic Track are instructed to abide by the timings decided by the authority.
(Morning 5:30 to 9:00 am and Evening 7:30 to 9:00 pm)
